UFC 289 will go down as the night the GOAT retired. Women’s Champ-Champ, Amanda Nunes, laid down her belts and gloves in the middle of the Octagon at the end of her fight with 5th ranked, Irene Aldana. It’s one of those moments we wont forget. It was also a night for Charles “Do Bronx” Oliveira to position himself for a rematch with Islam Makhachev. Oliveira put in an incredible performance against #4 Beneil Dariush. The rest of the card was pretty solid as well with solid performances from Mike Malott and Dan Ige.
